Vacuum Compression Molding Machine | Precision Silicone Parts

Choose the HCAV / HCAVE vacuum compression molding machine when silicone or rubber parts need a clean surface, fewer bubbles and stable hot press curing.

The machine pulls air out through the vacuum chamber, then uses heated platens and oil-hydraulic pressure holding to keep the mold closed during curing. Han Chang configures the same machine series for rubber or silicone according to the compound, mold and demolding method.

Key machine advantages

  • Vacuum chamber design removes trapped air before the part is fully pressed.
  • Oil-hydraulic pressure holding keeps the mold closed during silicone curing or rubber vulcanization.
  • Heating plate control helps the finished surface, hardness and low-bubble appearance stay consistent.
  • HCAV / HCAVE models can be matched to different platen sizes, daylight and mold weights.

Machine Functions and Molding Control

The advantage of this machine is the combination of vacuum, heat and oil-hydraulic compression. Vacuum reduces air pockets; heated platens control curing; pressure holding keeps the mold closed so silicone and rubber parts can form with a more stable surface and sealing edge.

Vacuum evacuation

Vacuum removes air from the mold area before full pressure is applied, helping precision silicone and rubber parts reduce bubbles, voids and surface marks. For rubber or solid-silicone parts, Han Chang matches material hardness, mold venting, platen temperature, holding time, vacuum, sliding-table or ejection needs and demolding method, giving the customer clearer control of sealing surface, flash, air marks and part removal.

Platen heating and curing

Heating plate stability lets operators match silicone curing or rubber vulcanization time with the actual mold thickness and cavity layout.

Hydraulic pressure repeatability

Stable clamping and pressure holding help control flash, deformation and parting-line quality during repeated cycles.

Rubber or silicone configuration

The same machine series can be configured for rubber or silicone compression by matching compound behavior, mold venting and demolding method.

Model range and configuration

HCAV-80D to HCAV-150D

Suitable for precision parts, smaller molds and lower to medium platen demand.

HCAV-200D to HCAV-350D

Selected when mold size, cavity count, rubber/silicone weight or production output becomes higher.

HCAVE configuration

Used when ejection support improves demolding stability or reduces operator damage to soft parts.

How to choose this hot press compression machine

Choose this machine when the buyer needs vacuum-assisted compression for silicone or rubber parts where bubbles, voids, flash and surface marks affect product value.

Vacuum requirement

Review the product surface, air-trap positions and vent design to decide vacuum chamber size and evacuation timing.

Material and curing behavior

Match silicone or rubber hardness, compound flow, cure time and mold temperature with the heating and pressure program.

Mold and daylight

Check mold thickness, opening height, platen size and operator access before confirming the model.

Production repeatability

Record temperature, pressure, vacuum time, curing time and demolding action as the repeatable machine recipe.
