Heat the compound before mold loading

RF dielectric heating generates heat within suitable UF molding compound. Moving part of the heating outside the mold prepares the charge for the next stage, with the downstream press handling molding and curing.

Finish heating with a clear handoff

When the set heating time ends, heating stops and the lid opens automatically. This gives the operator a clear point to remove the charge and transfer it to the toilet seat mold.

Load the container and set the heating time

The operator places the container in the preheater and sets the heating time for the compound and batch. The lid closes automatically for high-frequency preheating.

At the end of the set time, high-frequency heating stops and the lid opens automatically for manual unloading.

Transfer the charge into the mold
