Hot compression molding turns urea-formaldehyde compound (UF/UMC) into toilet seat covers, rings and sanitary components. Strip-fed compound passes through screw preplasticizing before a hydraulic plunger injects it into an already closed mold for vulcanization. Select the rubber or solid silicone machine for industrial seals, dust boots, silicone keypads, waterproof plugs and protective covers.

EVA Foaming Presses
EVA foaming presses heat the compound and hold pressure in the mold, then open the mold levels extremely rapidly and simultaneously to accommodate foam expansion. Double-layer machines offer independent left/right station operation; multi-layer presses hold multiple mold sets for batch production planned around the product and tooling.

Thermoset Hydraulic Transfer Molding Machines
An upper hydraulic cylinder drives a plunger to push compound from a transfer pot into an already closed mold, filling the cavities for molding. Suitable for thermoset compounds such as phenolic/Bakelite, with metal inserts placed in the mold as the product requires. Standard and large-format machines offer different frame configurations.

Carbon Fiber / Glass Fiber Hot Press Molding Machines
Han Chang hot presses combine mold heating and hydraulic force to form carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced thermoset composites. Start with a standard press, choose multi-station arrangements for one operator to supervise multiple machines, or select a sliding-mold press for cleaning, loading and unloading outside the press. The ejector series offers upper or lower ejectors to push parts out of the mold for easier manual removal, specified to your tooling needs.

Large-format and long-platen hot presses support carbon fiber and glass fiber products, as well as SMC (sheet molding compound) and BMC (bulk molding compound). Han Chang Machinery has been manufacturing machinery for more than 40 years. Starting with hydraulic and hot press molding equipment, we have developed machines for a range of materials and industrial products. Our Tainan and Dongguan factories support equipment manufacture, customer communication and ongoing service.
With the second-generation management team involved in the business, Han Chang continues to develop machine controls, operator interfaces and automation configurations.
